2. Digital Products

All products on Grey IAS are digital PDF files. After successful payment, you will receive a secure download link. Downloads are for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Grey IAS reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Grey IAS, including PDF notes, images, and website design, is the property of Grey IAS or its content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not: - Resell, share, or redistribute purchased PDFs - Share your login credentials - Use automated tools to access or download content - Use the content for commercial purposes - Upload or share copyrighted material without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grey IAS provides study materials "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of our materials will result in exam success. Study outcomes depend on individual effort and preparation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Grey IAS's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided after download. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
